The St. Andrews at Plum Creek Condominium Owners Association is an 86-unit complex located in Castle Rock. Here you will find basic information about our Association as well as useful links.
Board meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month (except December) at the Philip S. Miller library located at 100 S. Wilcox St, Castle Rock, CO 80104.
Assessments are $300.00 per month and cover professional/management services, insurance, common area landscaping, pest control, exterior building maintenance, interior and exterior water & sewer, pool maintenance & utilities, and trash removal.
